A RESOLUTION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SUBDIVISION OF LOT 2,
BLOCK 5, BELLS FLATS, ALASKA SUBDIVISION. (Corby Haines)
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough Cod: of
Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved „y
the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and other open spaces
dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the final plat has been presented for approval by
CORBY HAINES, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted appro a
of said final plat on January 19, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by CORBY
HAINES as shown on the plat prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor, dated December 10, 1976, and that all streets, alleys, easeme is
