RESOLUTION NO. 77 -2 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING THE VACATION OF UTILITY EASEMENT OF
BLOCK 4, U. S. SURVEY 1678, ISLAND VISTA SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Title 16.12.050 of the Kodiak Island Borough
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that vacation of
utility easement shall provide for the acceptances of all
streets, alleys and easements, and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the vacation of utility easement has been
presented for approval by the owners and residents of Island
Vista Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Commission granted
approval of said vacation of utility easement on December 21,
1976,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the vacation of utility
easement requested by the owners and residents of Block 4,
Island Vista Subdivision, U. S. Survey 1678.
