A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH WHICH SETS TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES
FOR THE 1975 SUPPLEMENTAL REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES
DUE IN 1975.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N of the
Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island Borough provides
that all duties imposed on the assessor with respect to the annual assessment
roll and all provisions of this sub - chapter relating to assessment roll, shall
as far as applicable, apply to supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One,
Section 1 4-A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions are not applicable to
the Supplemental Real and Personal Property Tax Roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1975 Supplemental Real and
Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are hereby established as
fol lows:
First Half Installment Due November 20, 1975
First Half Tax Installment Delinquent December 20, 1975
Second Half Installment Due January 20, 1976
Second Half Installment Delinquent February 20, 1976
