RESOLUTION NUMBER 75 -38 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS
14 AND 15, U. S. SURVEY 3098, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements, and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that THOMAS D. TERRY,
has presented for approval his final plat of Lots 14 and 15, U. S. Survey 3098,
replatting into Lots 14A and 15A, U. S. Survey 3098, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 17th day of September, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by the Kodiak
Island Borough, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
( July 31, 1975), and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open
spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
