KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NUMBER 75 -34 -R
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A THREE -YEAR ROAD IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishesthe State
of Alaska to participate in Street and Road Improvements
for the citizens of the Kodiak Island Borough, using the
Local Service Road Programs; and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska requires the Kodiak
Island Borough to submit a three -year construction program
prior to any State participation; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Staff has prepared
such a program;
NOW THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
resolves that the Kodiak Island Borough report entitled
Service Road Construction Program 1976 -1978 be the
Borough's Official Road Construction Program and authorize
the Borough Mayor to sign project agreements with the
State of Alaska for these projects.
