1975-26 Approvoing the Fianl Plat of the Vacation and Replat of Lots 78 and 9 Block 5 Aleutian Homes Alaska SubdivisionA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS
78 AND 9, BLOCK 5, ALEUTIAN HOMES ALASKA SUBDIVISION, KODIAK,
ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that the KODIAK
ISLAND PROPERTIES, have presented for approval their final plat of Lots 78,
9, Block 5, Aleutian Homes Alaska Subdivision, replatting into Lots 7, and
9A, Block 5, Aleutian Homes Alaska Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 16th day of July, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by the
Kodiak Island Properties, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor (May 20, 1975) , and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other
open spaces shown on the same plat are hereby accepted.
