1975-21 Approving The Final Plat Of The Vacation And Replat Of Lot 16, Block 1, Airpark Subdivision And Lots 4, 5, 6, 8, And A Portion Of 7, Allman LaLande SubdivisionA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOT 16,
BLOCK 1, AIRPARK SUBDIVISION AND LOTS 4, 5, 6, 8, AND A PORTION OF
7, ALLMAN LALANDE SUBDIVISION, KODIAK, ALASKA,
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a
final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptances of all streets, alleys, and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
HUEY DEVILLE, has presented for approval his final plat of Lot 16, Block 1,
Airpark Subdivision, and Lots 4, 5, 6, 8, and a portion of 7, Allman LaLande
Subdivision, replatting to Lots 4A, 5A, 6A, and 7A, Allman LaLande Subdivision
U. S. Survey 1396, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 21st day of May, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Huey DeVille,
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor (April 11, 1975),
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the
same plat are hereby accepted.
