1975-17 Approving the Final Plat of the Subdivision of the Woodland Acres Second Addition, U.S. Survey 1682, Kodiak, AKA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS,
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF THE WOODLAND
ACRES SECOND ADDITION, U. S. SURVEY 1682, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat
shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptance of all street, alleys, and easements,
and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes and that ISLAND
RESOURCES, has presented for approval their final plat of the Woodland
Acres Subdivision, Second Addition, U. S. Survey 1682, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 23rd day of April, 1975,
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to this final plat presented by Island Resouces,
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, ( March 26, 1975
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the
same are hereby accepted.
