1975-13 Approving The Final Plat Of The Subdivision Of Lots 6 And 7, Block 5, Miller Point Subdivision.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOTS 6 AND 7,
BLOCK, MILLER POINT SUBDIVISION, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final
plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
JOHN PUGH /KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH , have presented for approval the

final plat of Lots 6 and 7, Block X, Miller Point Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 19th day of March, 1975,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by John Pugh /Kodiak
Island Borough , prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
(March 17, 1975) , and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces
shown on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes
and the same are hereby accepted.
