Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by William Fearn,
prepared by Roy A. EcklLnd, Registered Land Surveyor, (
and that all streets, alley, easements, and other open spaces shown on
said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the
same are hereby accepted
