RESOLUTION NUMBER 75 -9 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO
DETERMINE AND DECLARE THAT THE EXISTING APPORTIONMENT
DOES NOT MEET THE STATE REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly is required by Alaska
Statutes 29.23.020 to determine and declare by
Resolution whether or not the Assembly is apportioned
in compliance with the Constitution of the United States,
and
WHEREAS, such determination has been made by the
Borough Asembly,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED and declared that the
apportionment of the Kodiak Island Borough Asseml4y is
not in compliance with the Constitution of the United
States of America.
