1975-08 Approving The Final Plat Of The Subdivision Of Lot 2, U.S. Survey 3099, Kodiak, AlaskaA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
OROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6, OF THE
ODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING
HE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT,2U. S. SURVEY 3099,
ODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, and easements and other open spaces dedicated
to public purposes, and that OKEY CHANDLER, has presented for
approval his final plat of Lot2, U. S. Survey 3099, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 22nd day of
January, 1975, subject to the Borough Engineers inspection of
the water and sewer facilities to the property lines as required
by the Borough Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
Okey Chandler, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor, (January 29, 1975) and that all streets, alleys,
easements, and other open spaces shown on said plat be and the
same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of February, 1975.
