1975-02 Approving the Vacation And Replat Of Lots 1, 2, 3, Block 5, Leite Addition To The City Of Kodiak, Replatting Same To Lots 2A And 3A, Block 5, Leite AdditionA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION
6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS I, 2, 3,
BLOCK 5, LEITE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF KODIAK, REPLATTING SAME
TO LOTS 2A AND 3A, BLOCK 5, LEITE ADDITION.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of ORdinances and Resolutions provides that a final
plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all Streets, alleys and
easement and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
Robert Hatcher has presented for approval the final plat of Lots 2A and
3A, Block 5, Leite Addition, and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said vacation and replat after public hearing on the
6th day of November, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval of the final plat presented by Robert
Hatcher, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor ( October
1st, 1974) and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open space
shown on the plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public
purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
