A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH WAIVING TAXES FOR THE YEARS 1972, 1973 and 1974
FOR PETE WASELIE, A SENIOR CITIZEN
WHEREAS, Pete Waselie, Larsen Bay, Alaska, is a Senior Citize n
of the Kodiak Island Borough, and as such is entitled to a tax exemption
under Alaska Statutes, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Waselie, through error id not file for said
exemption, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Waselie is 82 years old a0d is not currently working
and as it is not the intent of the Borough that ou r older citizens should be
deprived of their homes,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, thalt the taxes for 1972, 1973 and
1974 in the amount of TEN DOLLARS AND 4I /I00ths ($10.41) be waived and that
this account show a zero balance due.
