RESOLUTION NO. 74 -57 -R
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A THREE -YEAR ROAD
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR THE KODIAK ISI BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes the State of
Alaska to participate in Street and Road Improvements for the citizens
of the Kodiak Island Borough, using the Local Services Road Program,
and;
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska requires the Kodiak Island
Borough to submit a three -year construction prlogram prior to any
State participation, and;
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Staff has prepared such
a program,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough report titled "Service Road Construction Program 1974 -75" be
the Borough's Official Road Construction Program and authorize the
Borough Chairman to sign project agreements vith the State of Alaska
for these projects.
