KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -55 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE NEGOTIABLE
INSTRUMENTS FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, Chapter 2 of the Borough Code of Ordinances
and Resolutions has established those positions authorized to
sign negotiable instruments, and,
WHEREAS, individuals holding those positions change
periodically, and such change having occured,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following
individuals are hereby authorized to sign checks and negotiable
contracts for the Kodiak Island Borough:

Norma L. Holt, Borough Clerk /Treasurer
