1974-53 Sets Tax Due Dates And Delinquent Dates For The 1974 Supplemental Real And Personal Property Taxes Due In 1974.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH WHICH SETS
TAX DUE DATES AND DELINQUENT DATES FOR THE 1974 SUPPLEMENTAL
REAL AND PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE IN 1974.
WHEREAS, Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One, Section 5 -N of
the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions of the Kodiak Island Borough
provides that all duties imposed on the assessor with respect to the annual
assessment roll and all provisions of this sub - chapter relating to assessment
roll shall, as far as applicable, apply to supplementary rolls, and,
WHEREAS, the dates set forth in Chapter Three, Sub - Chapter One,
Section 4 -A of the Code of Ordinances and Resolutions are not applicable
to the Supplemental Real and Personal Property Tax Roll,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1974 Supplemental Real and
Personal Property Tax Due and Delinquent Dates are hereby established as
follows:
First Half Tax Installment Due February 1, 1975
First Half Tax Installment Delinquent March 1, 1975
Second Half Tax Installment Due April 1, 1975
Second Half Tax Installment Delinquent May 1, 1975
