RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -45 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBHCAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF
U. S.SURVEY 1396, BLOCKS 1, 2, AND 3.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak Island
Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall
be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution
shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that LEE RUSSELL,
has presented for approval his final plat of U. S. Survey 1396, Blocks 1, 2,
and 3, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 18th day of September , 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Mr. Lee Russell,
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on said
plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of September, 1974.
