ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, UBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF 0 DINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE ISLAND ISTA SUBDIVISION OF
A PORTION OF U. S. SURVEY 1678, BLOCKS 1 tHROUGH 4, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a final
plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembler by Resolution, which
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all! streets, alleys, and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
ISLAND RESOURCES, has presented for approval their final plat of the
Island Vista Subdivision, U. S. Survey 1678, Block 1, 2, 3, & 4, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Comrrhission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 118th day of September, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Island Resources,
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the
same are hereby accepted.
