RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -43-R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 9, AND 10, BLOCK 8,
LEITE ADDITION, AND REPLAT OF LOTS 9A AND 10A, BLOCK 8, LEITE
ADDITION, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that a
final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution,
which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
and easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes and
that WILLIAM BARDOT, has presented for approval his final plat of
Lots 9 and 10, Block 8, Leite Addition, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said vacation and replat after public hearing on
August 21, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, th4t the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat, subject to the Planning and Zoning
Commissions's approval, presented by Wm. Barldot, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, ( ) , and that all streets,
alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on the plat be and the same
are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 19th day of $eptember, 1974.
