A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6, OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS APPROV-
ING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE PASAGSHAK SUBDIVISION OF PORTION OF
U. S. SURVEY 4970, ALASKA
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance
of all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedi-
cated to public purposes, and that the DEPARTMENT OF FISH & GAME
has presented for approval their final plat of the Pasagshak
Subdivision of Portion of U. S. Survey 4970 and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 21st day of August, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
the Department of Fish & Game, prepared by R. A. Ecklund,
Registered Land Surveyor, ( ), and that all
streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on said
plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and
the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 5th day of September, 1974.
