RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -37 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION
AND REPLAT OF LOTS 4 THROUGH 9, BLOCK 4, MONASHKA BAY SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution
which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
and easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes and
that JOHN HOUSER, BOB NORDGULEN and the KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH,
have presented for approval their final plat of the vacation and replat
of Lots four (4) through nine (9) , Block Four (4) , Monashka Bay Subdivision,
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 24th day of July, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by John Houser,
Robert Nordgulen, and the Kodiak Island Borough, prepared by
R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, ( May 16, 1974 )
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of August, 1974.
