RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -36 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE VACATION
AND REPLAT OF LOTS 44 THROUGH 47, BLOCK 19, U. S.SURVEY 2537 -B,
KODIAK TOWNSITE, AND PORTIONS OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 1, HINCKEL
SUBDIVISION.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution
which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
and easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
that STEVE COLLINS, has presented for approval his final plat of
Lots 44 through 47, Block 19, U. S. Survey 2537 -B, Kodiak Townsite,
and Portions of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Hinckel Subdivision and,
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 24th day of July 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Steve Collins,
prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor
and that all streets, alleys, easement, and other open spaces shown on the
same are hereby accepted.
