RESOLUTION NUMBER 74 -35 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF TRACTS "A"
AND "B ", U. S. SURVEY 2539.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution,
which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys,
and easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
that the CITY OF KODIAK, has presented for approval their final plat
of Tracts "A" & "B", U. S. Survey 2539 and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 24th day of July, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by the City of Kodiak,
prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor (

and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
the same are hereby accepted.
