1974-32 Approving The Final Plat Of The port Wakefield Subdivision, Kodiak, AlaskaA RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE PORT WAKEFIEL
SUBDIVISION, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, whi•h
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
PORT WAKEFIELD CANNERY, has presented for approval their final plat of
the Port Wakefield Subdivision in Port Lions and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 19th day of June, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Port Wakefield
Cannery, prepared by R.A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
) , and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other
open spaces shown on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to
public purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
