ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION
OF U. S. SURVEY 4970, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the Kodiak
Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides that
a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by Resolution, whic
Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
JOE ZENTNER, has presented for approval his final plat of U. S. Survey 497
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak Island
Borough approved said final plat on the 19th day of June, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by Mr. Joe Zentner,
prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Resgistered Land Surveyor, ( June 19, 1974
and that all streets, alleys, easements, and other open spaces shown on
said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and
the same are hereby accepted.
