ISLA ID BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
"RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 1
AND 3 OF THE RESJBDIVISION OF LOTS 1, 2, 3, BLOCK 8, LEITE
ADDITION AND REPLAT OF LOTS 1A AND 3A, BLOCK 8, LEITE
ADDITION, U. S. SURVEY 1681, KODIAK ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys, and easements and other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and that GEORGE VOGT, has presented for
approval his final plat of Lots 1 and 3, of the resubdivision of Lots
1, 2, 3, Block 8, Leite Addition U. S. Survey 1681, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said vacation and replat after public
hearing on the 22nd day of May, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat, subject to the
Planning and Zoning Commission's approval, presented by George
Vogt, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
( June 31, 1974
and other open space shown on the plat be and the same are hereby
dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
