A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH'PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE VACATION AND REPLAT OF U. S.
SURVEY 1086, ANeLOT 1, BLOCK 20, U. S. SURVEY 2537 -B,
KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter , 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedicated to
public purposes, and that the CITY OF KODIAK, has presented for
aapproval their final plat of U. S. Survey 1086 and Lot 1, Block 20,
U. S. Survey 2537 -B, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Kodiak
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 22nd day of May, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by the
City of Kodiak, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
( December 22, 1973 ) , and that all streets, alleys, easements,
and other open spaces shown on said plat be and the same are hereby
dedicated to public purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
