KODIA ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION iNUMBER 74 -17 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIA.K
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6, OF
THE KODIA.K ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING
TRACTS F AND G OF U. S. SURVEY 1396, KODIAK, ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough Assembly by
Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the acceptance of
all streets, alleys and easements and other open spaces dedicated to public
purposes, and that JOHN FRAY /ROLLAND JONES have presented for approval
their final plat of Tracts F and G, U. S. Survey 1396, Kodiak, Alaska,
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 20th day
of February, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
John Fray /Rolland Jones, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyer ( March 22, 1974 ), and that all streets, alleys,
easements and other open spaces shown on said plat be and the same are
hereby accepted.
