1974-16 Approving The Aleutian Homes Subdivision, Kodiak, Alaska.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND
RESOLUTIONS APPROVING THE ALLUTIAN HOMES SUBDIVISION, KODIAK,
ALASKA.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
KODIAK ISLAND PROPERTIES have presented for approval their
final plat of the Aleutian Homes Subdivision, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of
the Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the
20th day of Februrary, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by Kodiak Island Properties, prepared by R. A.
Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor (October, 1973), and that
all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces shown
on said plat be and the same are hereby dedicated to public
purposes and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of March, 1974.
