ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBHCAPTER 4, SECTION 6
APPROVING THE VACATION OF LOTS 40,41, 42, 43, 44, AND 45,
BLOCK 2, ERSKINE SUBDIVISION, U.S.S. 562 AND LOT 12, BLOCK 1,
KODIAK TOWNSITE SURVEY 2537 -B AND REPLATTING INTO TRACT "A"
U.S. SURVEY 2537 -B AND U.S. SURVEY 562.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6,
of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutio s
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other
open spaces dedicated to public pruposes, and
WHEREAS, FRED BRECHAN /LOUIS IANI have presented
for approval their final plat of the vacation of Lots 40 -45, :
Block 2, Erskine Subdivision, U. S. Survey 562 and Lot 12, B
Block 1, Kodiak Townsite Survey 2537 -B and replatting of the
same into Tract "A ", U. S. Survey 2537 -B and U. S. Survey 562,
and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zonining Commission
of the Kodiak Island Borough approved the said final plat
on the 20th day of February, 1974
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by FRED BRECHAN /LOUIS IANI of a vacation of Lots
40 -45, Block 2, Erskine Subdivision, U. S. Survey 562 and
Lot 12, Block 1, Kodiak Townsite 2537 -B and replatting of
the same into Tract "A ", U.S. Survey 2537 -B and U.S. Survey
562, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor,
and as shown and contained in Drawing dated (December 22, 1974
and that all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces
shown on said plat be and hereby dedicated to public purposes
the same hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 7th day of March, 1974.
