A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO THE STATE OF ALASKA OF CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION; THE SECOND
ADDITION TO THE MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION; AND THE FIRST
ADDITION TO THE KADIAK ALASKA SUBDIVISION, AND RATIFYING THE EX-
ECUTION OF WARRANTY DEEDS BY THE BOROUGH MAYOR.
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Highways.
has offered to purchase portions of the following lots of Kodiak
Island Borough selected land in the various subdivisions herein
stated, for right of way of the proposed realignment of Department
of Highways Project QS- 0389(4) (Kodiak -Mill Bay Road)
MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION:

WHEREAS, the above parcels constitute an estate in fee- -
simple of the Kodiak Island Borough,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough that the sale to the State of the above
parcels of land for the sum of THIRTEEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFT
AND No /100th ($13,450.00) DOLLARS be authorized and the Borough
Mayor be authorized to issue Warranty deeds for said parcels.
