BOROUGH AUTHORIZING THE SALE TO THE STATE OF ALASKA OF CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND IN THE MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION; THE FIRST
ADDITION TO THE MILLER POINT ALASKA SUBDIVISION; KADIAK ALASKA SUB
DIVISION; AND THE FIRST ADDITION TO THE KADIAK ALASKA SUBDIVISION,
AND RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF QUIT CLAIM DEEDS BY THE BOROUGH
CHAIRMAN.
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Highways
has successfully negotiated with the following purchasers cf
Kodiak Island Borough selected land in the various subdivisions
herein stated, for right of way of the proposed realignment of
Department of Highways Project QS- 0389(4) (Kodiak -Mill Bay Roa

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Borough Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough that the sale to the State of the above
parcels of land be authorized and the Borough Chairman be aut or-
ized to issue quit claim deeds for said parcels, it being and
stood that the State has previously acquired all other intere
in said parcels.
