A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF
U. S. SURVEY 1396, WHICH CREATES TRACTS A THROUGH E, U. S.
SURVEY 1396.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
BRUCE BUNDY has presented for approval their final plat of
Tracts A through E, U. S. Survey 1396,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Island Borough approved said final plat on the 23rd day
of January, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Islan
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented
by BRUCE BUNDY, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor (November 7, 1973), and that all streets, alleys,
easements and other open spaces shown on saif plat be and the
same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of February, 1974
