1974-05 Pursuant To Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6, Of The KIB Code Of Ordinances And Resolutions Approving Tideland Tract N-20A, Pacific Pearl.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE
KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4,
SECTION 6, OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS APPROVING TIDELAND TRACT N -20A, PACIFIC
PEARL.
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6 of
the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for
the acceptance of all streets, alleys, and easements and
other open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and that
Pacific Pearl has presented for approval their final plat of
Tideland Tract N -20A, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 23rd day
of January, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island)
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented
by Pacific Pearl, prepared by R. A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor (December 12, 1973), and that all streets, alleys,
easements and other open spaces shown on said plat be and the
same are hereby dedicated to public purposes and the same are
hereby accepted.
