A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SECTION 6,,
APPROVING THE ROBERT HALL VACATION OF TIDELAND TRACTS N -32
AND P -14 AND REPLATTING THE SAME INTO TIDELAND TRACT N -32A
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6, of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, ROBERT HALL, has presented for approval his
final plat of the vacation of Tideland Tracts N -32 and P -14,
and replatting of the same into Tideland Tract N -32A, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 23rd,
day of January, 1974,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Kodiak
Island Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat
presented by ROBERT HALL of a vacation of Tideland Tracts N-32
and P -14, and replatting of the same into Tideland Tract N-32A,
prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land Surveyor, and as
shown and contained in Drawing dated (December 5, 1973), and
that all streets, alleys, easements and other open spaces shown
on said plat be and hereby dedicated to public purposes, the s ame:
hereby accepted.
