1974-02 Approving The Erik Larren Vacation Of Lot 11 And A Portion Of Lot 12, Block 8, Leite Addition, And Replatting The Same Into Lots 11A And 11B.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAR
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER 4, SEC.T.,1bN 6,
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
APPROVING THE ERIK LASSEN VACATION OF LOT 11 AND A PORTION Of
LOT 12, BLOCK 8, LEITE ADDITION, AND REPLATTING THE SAME
INTO LOTS 11A AND 11B
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Subchapter 4, Section 6, of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions
provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by Resolution, which Resolution shall provide for the
acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements and other open
spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, ERIK LASSEN, has presented for approval his
final plat of the vacation of Lots 11 and a portion of Lot 12,
within Block 8, Leite Addition, and replatting of the same into
Lots 11A and 11B, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on the 19th day
of December, 1973,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
ERIK LASSEN of a vacation of Lot 11 and a portion of Lot 12,
within Block 8, Leite Addition, and replatting of the same into
Lot 11A and 11B, prepared by Roy A. Ecklund, Registered Land
Surveyor, and as shown and contained in Drawing dated
October 17, 1973, and that all streets, alleys, easements and
other open spaces shown on said plat be and hereby dedicated to
public purposes, the same hereby accepted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of January 1974
