A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF SERVICE DISTRICT NO. 1
WATER AND SEWER RECORDS TO THE CITY OF KODIAK
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough held a Special By -Mail Election in Service
District No. 1 on May 21, 1996, on the question of withdrawing water and sewer
powers from Service District No.1; and
WHEREAS, as a result of the Special By -Mail Election, the Service District No. 1
water and sewer records need to be transferred to the City of Kodiak;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that the following list of records are to be transferred to the City of
Kodiak:
