A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CITIZENS BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
DATES FOR THE YEAR 1996
WHEREAS, part of the public notification process is the setting of dates to hear
appeals; and
WHEREAS, the action is required by Alaska State Statutes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: Equalization hearing of appeals from the 1995 assessments of real and
personal property within the Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska will begin
Tuesday, May 14, 1996 at 7:30 p.m. in the assembly chambers of the
Kodiak Island Borough, 710 Mill Bay Road, Kodiak, Alaska and will
continue from day to day as established by the borough assessor and
the borough clerk until all properly filed appeals have been heard.
