1995-32 Establishing a Joint Kodiak Island Borough/City of Kodiak Fiscal Year 1997 Capital Project Priority List.A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A JOINT KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH/ CITY OF KODIAK FISCAL YEAR 1997 CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITY LIST WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough maintains a list of needed capital improvement priorities; and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kodiak maintains a list of needed capital improvement priorities; and WHEREAS, the Assembly and the Council have developed a merged list of the most significant and urgent projects to present to the governor and nineteenth Alaska legislature for funding consideration; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT, in conjunction with the Council of the City of Kodiak, the following priorities are hereby adopted for fiscal year 1997 capital improvement projects: 1. Kodiak Island Hospital Construction 2. Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Upgrade 3. Peterson Elementary School 4. St. Herman Harbor Facilities 5. Karluk Landfill and Sewer Improvements 6. St. Paul Harbor Inner Harbor Improvements 7. Monashka Bay Water & Sewer System Design 8. St. Paul Harbor Spit Improvements 9. Service District No. 1 Water and Sewer Projects 10.
