A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A JOINT KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH/
CITY OF KODIAK FISCAL YEAR 1996 CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITY LIST
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Kodiak maintains a significant list of needed
capital improvement priorities; and
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough maintains a list of needed
capital improvement priorities; and
WHEREAS, the Council and the Assembly have developed a merged list of the most
significant and urgent projects to present to the governor and nineteenth
Alaska legislature for funding consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: In conjunction with the Council of the City of Kodiak, the following
priorities are hereby adopted for fiscal year 1996 capital improvement
projects:
