A RESOLUTION AMENDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FIGURES IN
RESOLUTION NO. 94 -15 INCREASING
THE RENTAL RATE FOR OFFICE SPACE IN THE BOROUGH BUILDING
WHEREAS, this amended version corrects Resolution No. 94 -15, approved on April
7, 1994, by apportioning the building's "common space" to all tenants;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The borough mayor is authorized to adjust the rental rate of office space
in the Borough Building from $ 1.00 to $1 .10 per square foot per month for fiscal year
