A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 94 -07
FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 94-07 Establishing Fees of the Kodiak Island Borough for
Fiscal Year 1995 was adopted on December 16, 1993; and
WHEREAS, staff recommends changes to the fiscal year 1995 fee schedule adopted
by Resolution No. 94 -07;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The amended exhibit of fees becomes effective on July 1, 1994.
SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL RATES
1. Solid waste disposal fees at the landfill site:
j. Incineration of medical /infectious waste
Nine and nine tenths (9.9) pounds and under
Ten (10) pounds and over $15.00 plus $.
Euthanized animals
Hospital only $15.00 plus
e. Commercial and residential dumpster service.
