KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH
RESOLUTION NO. 94-01
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING NATIONAL FOREST RECEIPTS
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough desires to receive National Forest Receipts;
and
WHEREAS, the Department of Community and Regional Affairs distributes National
Forest Receipts to qualifying municipalities; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough acknowledges that National Forest Receipts
may be expended only for the benefit of public schools and/or public
roads; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough agrees that the funds will be used in
accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and
policies;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The Kodiak Island Borough accepts the payment of National Forest
Receipt funds.
