1992-42 Adopting a Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 1994 Through 1998 and Establishing Capital Project Priorities.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 92 -42 Introduced by: Mayor Selby Requested by: Mayor Selby Drafted by: Mayor Selby Introduced: 10/01/92 Adopted: 10/01/92 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1994 THROUGH 1998 AND ESTABLISHING CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITIES WHEREAS, a five -year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared by the Kodiak Island Borough for fiscal years 1994 through 1998; and WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the prioritized fiscal year 1994 capital improvement priorities at its meeting, in accordance with Kodiak Island Borough Code 2.40.030E; and WHEREAS, the Assembly held a public meeting on the five -year Capital Improvement Program, including the priorities, during its meeting on October 1, 1992; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH THAT: Section 1: The document entitled "Kodiak Island Borough Capital Improvement Program" for the years from July 1, 1993 through June 30, 1998 is hereby adopted by reference. Section 2: The Kodiak Island Borough's capital project priorities for fiscal year 1993 are as follows: 1. Wastewater Treatment /Water S 7,800,000 System Modification 2. Hospital Construction 15,000,000 3. Mill Bay Road Reconstruction 4,300,000 (Transfer to City of Kodiak) 4. New Elementary School 7,500,000 5.
