A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING UNIT PRICES FOR
MATERIAL SALES CONTRACTS
WHEREAS, The Kodiak Island Borough presently leases four (4) material sites in the
Women's Bay area; and
WHEREAS, these leases have been in effect since 1982 and expire on June 30,
2002; and
WHEREAS, Section 18.60.060 of the Borough Code requires annual Assembly
review and establishment of minimum unit prices for said contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The royalty rate of $.85 per cubic yard be set as the minimum unit price
for material sales contracts during the year from July 1, 1992 to June
30, 1993.
