A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 92 -06 FEES
OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH

by Resolution No. 92 -06, the Kodiak Island Borough established fees for
services rendered; and
the Joint Building Code Review Committee recommended an increase in
the building permit fee for single - family and duplex residences from
$.105 per square foot to $.15 per square foot; and
WHEREAS, the Joint Building Code Review Committee recommended an increase in
the building permit fee for accessory buildings from $.065 per square
foot to $.10 per square foot; and
WHEREAS, these two fees were not addressed in Resolution No. 92 -06;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH:
Section 1: Effective July 1, 1992, Resolution No. 92 -06 is hereby amended by
adding the following fees to the building permit fee schedule:
Single- family and duplex residences $.15 per square foot
Accessory buildings .10 per square foot
