N DISPOSING OF KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH INTEREST
OF -WAY PERMIT TO AID IN THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE PASAGSHAK RIVER BRIDGE
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Is nd Borough has supported the construction of the
Pasagshak River •ridge by being named as a permittee on a State of
Alaska right -of -wa permit; and

involved in the bridge construction;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE • SSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: In accordance with KIBC 18.20.030 B, e Borough transfers its interest
in the use of the Pasagshak River ri• t -of -way to the individual,
corporation, or firm selected to construct a • erect the Pasagshak River
bridge.
Section 2: The party selected to construct the bridge shall demnify the Borough
and acquire liability insurance naming the Boro eh as an additional
insured to protect against any liability for persona njury or property
damage, both during the bridge construction and ther-.fter.
