A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FISCAL YEAR 1993
SCHOOL DISTRICT BUDGET

WHEREAS, AS 14.14.060 specifies that the Kodiak Island Borough School District
Board shall submit the school budget to the Borough Assembly for
approval; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District did on March 30, 1992
approve the FY 1993 budget in the amount of $18,024,000 and
transmit this to the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly; and
WHEREAS, the apparent resolution of the Teacher Retirement System funding will
reduce the total budget to $17,724,000; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly approved the budget of
517,724,000 by adopting Resolution No. 92 -13 on April 16, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough School District Board approved an amended
FY1993 budget of $17,947,355 on December 14, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: The Assembly accepts the amended FY 1993 Kodiak Island Borough
School District budget in the amount of $17,947,355.
