A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 1993 THROUGH 1997 AND ESTABLISHING
CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITIES
WHEREAS, a Five -Year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared by the
Kodiak Island Borough for Fiscal Years 1993 through 1997; and
WHEREAS, the Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
approval of the prioritized FY 93 capital improvement priorities at its
meeting in accordance with KIB Code Section 2. 40.030 (e); and
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly held a public meeting on the Five -Year Capital
Improvement Program, including the priorities, during its meeting on
October 3, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH:
Section 1: That the document entitled "Kodiak Island Borough Capital Improvement
Program" for the years from July 1, 1993, through June 30, 1997 is
hereby adopted by reference; and
Section 2: That the Borough's capital project priorities for FY 1993 are as follows:
